These little pads can go almost anywhere. They are large enough to prevent hotspots, but small enough for extremely accurate placement of electrical currents. Small surface area with specific placement equals excellent sensation control. These are very handy indeed. 

Sizing note: 25mm=1 inch. That makes these slightly above 0.5 inch diameter.
