Note: These Douglas 12x5 rims were machined so that it would work with the Kymco Rear Hubs without any additional modification to the Kymco hub. The center bore diameter hole on these rims are machined larger so that it would fit the center bore step of the hub, making these rims hub-centric. The bolt holes are oblong/oval so that it would be the correct 4x140mm bolt pattern. Flat washers or dress up washers are highly recommended to cover these holes. The bolt holes being oblong will NOT hinder the integrity of the wheel, it's solely visual only, hence the reason why we recommend running washers under the bolts to cover it.
The Kymco Hub and this 12x5 rim will sit slightly off-center to the right approximately 3/8". You could adjust the left side engine bushing to accommodate this OR you could run it as-is and it will ride fine, it'll just look a little off-center to the right, only if you look hard you'll notice.
Due to machining, there may be some small scratches around the rims. Mirror/show polishing service is available for an additional $60 + a 5 days lead time.

Douglas rims are made from spun aluminum, which is originally designed to be used with off-road vehicles, such as ATV and UTV. All Douglas rims have a slight wobble or run-out since they are designed for off-road vehicles that are used on the sands. It's industry standard for spun rims to have some run-outs. After 10+ years of using Douglas rims on custom Ruckus and Scooters, we do not notice any issue with them.
