Takegawa Speed Sensor Kit for Kawasaki Z125 Pro converting to 5-speed or 6-speed transmission. This will also work for other uses as well, such as speed calibration with sprocket or tire size change.  Speed sensor kit only!

 Details

Even if you change the sprocket or install the Takegawa 5-speed or 6-speed transmission, it will be possible to display the speed on the factory meter.
Even if the tire brand or tire size is changed, by setting the rotary switch provided on the normal meter drive unit, the displayed speed can be corrected in 15 steps within the range of about 86% to about 114% compared to normal. is also possible.
(If the normal tire outer diameter is 477mm, it corresponds to a tire outer diameter of about 410mm to about 544mm.) For the speed
sensor, fix the dedicated stay to the normal rear caliper bracket and install the sensor. The stay is machined from aluminum and has an anodized surface.

Since the installation harness for Z125 PRO is attached, it can be installed with the coupler on without cutting the normal harness.
It also has a self-diagnostic mode that allows you to check the operation of the normal speedometer.

 Precautions

This product is for OEM speedometer only.
Takegawa has not checked the operation with anything other brands or types of aftermarket wheels or rotor bolts.
Be sure to install this product when changing the sprocket or installing our 5-speed cross mission kit. My speedometer isn't working properly.
Since the speed is detected from the number of revolutions of the rear wheel, the actual speed and error will occur due to factors such as changes in the tire outer diameter and slippage.
You can increase or decrease the display speed, but if you set it inappropriately, it will cause you to be cracked down due to excessive speed.
When using on public roads, please use at your own risk. Since the speed is detected from the number of revolutions of the rear wheel, there will be an error with the actual speed

due to factors such as changes in the tire outer diameter and slippage.
Exceeding the limit will result in a crackdown. When using on public roads, please use at your own risk.
Never install an external HID kit, LED headlights or fog lamps made by other companies at the same time.
Some ballasts/inverters (voltage converters) emit high-voltage noise that adversely affects digital circuits, which can cause product failures and malfunctions.
Do not install the headlight ON/OFF switch and aftermarket ignition device at the same time.
Processing may be required due to individual differences in the genuine rear caliper bracket.

 ■ Z125 PRO NOTES
