The remote uses 2 AA batteries (not included)

Each receiver uses a 2032 button cell battery (included)

The regular kit comes with remote, manual, 2 receivers, and 2  pads.  

Extra receivers and pads are also available for purchase-- we have the swirl square and wing pads designed for the devices.  Our small shovel snap pads will also work.  Alternatively, our male snap to male pin adapter allows use with any pin accessory. The possibilities are endless....

Do be aware it has a 15 minute auto-shutoff.  Easy to turn back on, but there as a safety feature.
